MAKERS is proud to announce the promotion of three employees: Travis Curry, Pao Pelagio, and Anne D’Mura.

Travis Curry, AICP • Senior Associate, Federal Facilities Planning Team

Travis has been with MAKERS since 2017 and enjoys engaging stakeholders in finding unique and helpful solutions to complex needs. He is an organized and pragmatic project manager, particularly skilled in taking client input with intricate data to form practical planning narratives. Travis has a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Washington and is a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Outside of the office Travis enjoys going on bike rides, exploring the PNW, and being around friends and family.

Pao Pelagio • Associate 2, Federal Facilities Planning Team

Pao has brought strong skills in production management to the MAKERS team since 2018. He has a unique talent for transcribing complex reports and input from clients and stakeholders into visual assets. His design skills and production output are remarkable, as well as his ability to produce and facilitate in-person and online workshops.

When not generating graphics and reports at work, Pao enjoys tending to his collection of rare tropical plants and being able to share them with friends and family.

Anne D’Mura • Associate 1, Operations Team

Anne joined MAKERS in 2021 and has become an integral team member, coordinating proposal efforts and leading the teams in securing work. Her ability to identify the complex needs of an RFP and produce a finished product has been a driving force in allowing MAKERS to secure work on the Facilities Planning and Urban Design teams. Anne has a knack for staying organized and balancing many marketing efforts at once.

Outside of her working hours, Anne admires art, creativity, and design work through video games, reading, and crafting. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 15-pound cat, Nougat.

Taylor Aldape

Taylor is MAKERS' HR specialist and holds a degree in business administration. She has learned that internal customer service is just as important as external. She serves both employees and the firm with effective communication, problem-solving, and compassion, and aims to create a positive impact.
