Since joining MAKERS in 2019, Ralaine has carved out a role as an invaluable and primary contributor on many of our federal planning team’s projects. With five years of combined professional experience in federal planning, commercial architecture, and retail architecture, she absorbs and synthesizes new information quickly, no matter how complex the subject is or what her previous exposure has been. Ralaine is known for her creativity and positive attitude, and she has demonstrated her ability to effectively organize and present complex information to facilitate decision-making and project implementation. She serves federal clients such as the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, and she has worked on a wide range of projects including asset management plans, space utilization studies, optimization plans, and other special studies. 

Ralaine’s professional interests include mixed-use communities, adaptive reuse, and visual graphic communication programs.

Get To Know Ralaine

What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The fact that the MAKERS family is always learning, collaborating, and improving. It is exciting to problem-solve along clients and seeing them take ownership of the final product. 

What’s something people are surprised to find out about you? My father was in the Navy, so we moved every three to five years. I have lived in California, Guam, Philippines, Texas, Japan, and Washington.  

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be? Teleportation. So long to airplane flights!
