Naval Base San Diego Historic District Optimization Plan 

We developed a historic district optimization plan for Naval Base San Diego to support efficient management of 500,000 square feet across 11 buildings and boost responsible stewardship of historic resources. We provided detailed recommendations for improving space efficiency of individual buildings, while also including guiding principles such as the shift to open offices and shared meeting spaces. The plan also included clear maintenance guidelines to ensure historic exterior building features retain their integrity.
