Since joining MAKERS in 2017, Jena has become an integral member of our team, fulfilling a wide range of project roles. She is particularly adept as a project manager, with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working with diverse teams. Jena has a knack for understanding short- and long-term needs, identifying skillsets, and effectively deploying resources. She also has strong graphic, data analysis, and other technical skills, and her well-rounded abilities allow her to contribute successfully to an array of project tasks.
Jena has served federal clients, such as the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, on projects including asset management plans, space utilization studies, optimization plans, and other special studies.
