Camp Pendleton OPFOR Standardized BFRs

We were tasked with developing standardized basic facility requirements (BFRs) for 10 Operational Forces (OPFOR) units at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. The project, completed under an ultra-condensed schedule, included extensive interviews, facility tours, data collection, and analysis. The product will be used at the installation level and by Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) to support enterprise-wide footprint reduction.
