Jordan Alcarez, AICP • Associate 1, Federal Facilities Planning Team
Jordan Alcarez supports MAKERS’ federal planning practice in San Diego. She is a certified planner with three years of project experience for the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Air Force. Since joining MAKERS in 2022, she has contributed to master planning and asset management projects in both southern California and Oklahoma. Her professional interests include environmental justice, nuclear waste storage, hazardous waste contamination, and sustainable development.
Outside the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with her chiweenie, pumpkin, running, and coaching women’s lacrosse.

Chad is a multifaceted team member in MAKERS’ Seattle office, specializing in strategic planning, integrated solutions, and graphic communication. His architectural background shapes his approach to complex problem-solving, balancing technical rigor with thoughtful design. Chad’s professional interests include climate resiliency, emerging technologies, and the advancement of high-quality infrastructure.
