Pao has six years of combined professional training in federal planning and residential architecture. Often partnered with small teams, Pao is a translator of ideas: He listens and distills group input into presentation graphics tailored for stakeholders. He has contributed his design skills to space and industrial utilization studies, site and facility-level phasing plans, and producing in-person and online workshops in response to COVID-19. He also supports the federal planning team by producing IDIQ proposals, construction documents, and 3D graphic renderings.
Pao’s professional interests include diversifying the architecture and planning scene, researching architectural technology trends, and computer-based art production.
