Mike has over 40 years of NAVFAC experience supporting Navy clients and service members at the project planning and project levels. Mike contributed to project success on many of NAVFAC Southwest’s most pressing issues as a NEPA planner, environmental coordinator, and a Housing, Regional, and Senior Planner. He was the Project Leader with the NAVFAC SW Public Private Venture Team and the Senior Planner for the F-35 homeporting at NAS Lemoore leading the development of facility requirements and project development.
Mikes varied experience brings value to asset management, installation planning and special study projects through vision, teamwork, and client focused outcomes.
