We developed a 20-year strategic investment program for Tempe’s city facilities. This plan identified the city’s most pressing needs and outlined a facility and property investment strategy to protect assets and sustain the City’s high level of service to the Tempe community. Our plan’s recommendations illustrate a balanced approach to facilities spending based on today’s information, conditions, and priorities.
