As a subcontractor to Michael Baker International, we completed Asset Evaluations (AEs) for nearly 1,100 facilities at CONUS and OCONUS locations, including MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, MCAS Miramar, MCRD San Diego, and MCAS Iwakuni. The scope of work included documentation of facility space utilization, size, functional condition, and tenant use for both Capitalized and Non-Capitalized Assets. The team performed an on-site review of all assets, updated supporting documents, and provided final documentation for corrections to iNFADS records.
