We are working with Los Angeles County to create a master plan for Los Padrinos, a former juvenile detention center that is being transformed into a transportation-oriented, multi-use campus. The team identified amenities and service needs for the surrounding community and explored alternative concepts for how to best meet those needs and district goals. The resulting plan will include market and transportation baseline assessments and an implementation plan.
Outcomes
- Creates plan for re-use of an abandoned site
- Evaluates needs and connects the surrounding community to services and amenities
- Provides a market analysis to identify occupancy, financing, and required capital improvements costs and a project implementation strategy
