We are working with Los Angeles County to create a master plan for Los Padrinos, a former juvenile detention center that is being transformed into a transportation-oriented, multi-use campus. The team identified amenities and service needs for the surrounding community and explored alternative concepts for how to best meet those needs and district goals. The resulting plan will be completed by the end of 2021 and will include market and transportation baseline assessments and an implementation plan.
