Through a facilities planning process, we helped the City of Bellevue Utilities Department understand how facilities could better support their operations and maintenance functions, strategic facilities management could improve operations, and facility investments could minimize long-term costs. The facilities master plan included 30-year strategic investment goals and a prioritized a 15-year spending plan for implementation.
