We created a 20-year facility master plan for Auburn’s public safety facilities, maintenance and operations centers, and the city hall campus. Our plan recommends strategies to improve efficiency, support the workforce, and maintain or improve the current quality of service. We also worked with the City on a funding path and plan for phased implementation over 10 years.
Outcomes
- Allowed the City to proactively address future demand
- Established an in-depth funding plan to complete projects within a 10-year timeframe
- Developed a phased plan to bring funding in line with industry standards
