USCG Area Development Plans and Installation Development Plans 

We produced multi-year, strategic plans for United States Coast Guard (USCG) installations across the United States. The area development plans (ADPs) established long-term visions for USCG installations and detailed multiple courses of action (COAs) to meet these goals. The installation development plans (IDPs) built off the ADPs to develop a detailed roadmap of the projects and costs required support future missions, personnel, and assets identified by the USCG. These planning efforts inform decision-making at the highest USCG levels and set a course for aligning the waterfronts, air stations, and installations with the required fleet, training, and installation and personnel support facilities and infrastructure. This work is vital as USCG continues to modernize its service and grow in response to the high demand for its services at home and overseas.
