We led a multidisciplinary team of planners, architects, engineers, and cost estimators on two distinct efforts aimed at providing NAVWAR (formerly SPAWAR) and NIWC PAC with facilities that meet mission requirements. Our recapitalization plan reimagines OTC with a strategy to use existing built space for densified and modernized, collaborative workspaces, co-locate tenants by function, consolidate site amenities, and demolish unnecessary and underutilized assets. We also investigated redevelopment opportunities for the OTC site through a public-private partnership, interfacing with local and regional governmental agencies and private developers.
