We developed a vision and investment strategy to guide facility and infrastructure investments as the operational squadrons transition from F/A-18E/F to F-35Cs. The plan is a holistic composition of facility upgrades, operational consolidations, and new construction that address the future requirements, current facility deficiencies and surpluses, as well as the utility capacity shortfalls triggered by growing demands within.
