We developed the space needs assessment, site analysis, and alternative concepts to build consensus around a preferred campus redevelopment plan for city hall, police, court, and community center functions for the City of Fife. The team worked with City Finance to understand their funding and debt capacity, prioritize projects, and map an achievable phased site redevelopment plan that meets their design objectives and fiscal constraints.
