Our community planning team drafted and secured City of Everett entitlements to transform a 16-acre WWII-era public housing site into a 1,500-unit, transit-oriented, mixed-use community in the Delta neighborhood. MAKERS created zoning and design standards for the district’s mid- and high-rise development and prepared a comprehensive plan amendment. We also provided strategy for a complex development agreement, guided a unique street vacation-dedication process, and advised on the environmental review.
