Arman supports MAKERS’ facility planning projects, bringing his experience in digital fabrication, BIM modeling, and construction support. He is passionate about thoughtful architecture and design that supports the long-term sustainability of his local communities and is dedicated to uplifting displaced communities through his work. He has spent nearly a decade learning and working with architecture firms that promote ecology and community-focused design and specializes in creating spaces that integrate equitable practices with the functional needs of modern living.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working? Off the clock I am most at home doing something crafty or tending to my hordes of houseplants.

What’s your favorite book or podcast? "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer and "The Wretched of the Earth" by Frantz Fanon are both fantastic reads.

What’s a goal you have for yourself that you’d like to accomplish in the next year? I’d like to visit every public library in Seattle by the end of the year!
