The Airfield Redevelopment Plan (ARP) provides a vision for NAS Lemoore’s congested flightline and a framework to address immediate facility needs. Initially focused on the redevelopment opportunities created by vacating an unused taxiway in the central part of the flightline, the plan evolved into a comprehensive analysis of airfield issues ranging from pedestrian mobility to aircraft corrosion control. Issues were identified and prioritized through a series of interviews and interactive workshops with stakeholders, which ultimately led to a phased project implementation plan.
