NAS Lemoore’s Master Plan provides a vision and framework to guide future development at the Navy’s west coast master jet base.  The plan includes general guidelines to direct future facility construction and growth, as well as strategies to address current deficiencies.  Planning considerations ranged from the arrival of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) to water shortages in the Central Valley, requiring the planning team to work collaboratively with stakeholders both inside and outside the fence line.  MAKERS complied with the new Installation Master Planning UFC as well as electronic master planning efforts that were still underway.
